The Challenge

Imperial Claims is a UK loss assessor. The buyer asks about landlord claims, no-win-no-fee, flood, and what happens when an insurer declines.

The first four answer pages went live on 16 June. Seven questions existed both before and after that cohort. Those seven are the lift. The later library is larger and cannot be compared as a single percentage.

WordPress has needed a reconnect since 17 July. The pages that shipped are still live. New pages are blocked until that connection is restored.

Before Appear

  • Seven paired questions: 0% mentioned, 0% cited.
  • Landlord no-win-no-fee: 0 of 1 named.
  • No verified-live answer pages on 16 June.
  • Flood and declined-claim prompts already returning zero.

After Implementation

  • Seven paired questions: 31% mentioned, 23% cited.
  • Landlord no-win-no-fee: 3 of 4 named, 2 of 4 cited.
  • Four WordPress pages verified live.
  • Flood and declined-claim stayed at zero. Top 5 assessors also moved, so that control is disclosed.

WordPress needs reconnect

The live pages remain. New publishing is blocked until the CMS connection is restored.

Claims firm that still disappears on the questions that matter?

Appear publishes a small first cohort, then measures only the questions that already existed. No blended library scores.
